Manufacturing
Modern production, timeless craftsmanship
Operating from our 73,000 sq ft manufacturing unit we utilise advanced CNC machinery and an automated paint line to enable us to manufacture high quality, factory glazed, fully finished timber windows and doors in volume. Alongside this, we employ the services of skilled joiners and time-served craftsmen to undertake bespoke detailing and profiling for specialist projects. This is expertly managed by our Production Manager and his team who are all committed to our organisational values.
Installation
Full sub-contract installation
Almost uniquely in the timber window industry, Arden’s installation offer is a full direct sub-contract service, taking on where required the survey, design, manufacture and installation scope of works for timber windows, doors and ancillary components. Pre-start meetings are an important part of our process enabling us to understand the expectations, roles and responsibilities of each party.
