To ensure your products last for their full life expectancy of 60+ years Arden provide a whole range of care & maintenance information, including an optional annual health check, maintenance and repair package.

Long term support
Ardencare
To assist the end user to ensure products are kept in prime condition and fulfil their life expectancy, for a small monthly fee Arden offers an inspection and maintenance service whereby one of our technicians will visit to inspect products supplied by us once per year to adjust hinges, lubricate moving parts, replace any faulty parts (covered under warranty) and repair any minor damage to the frame coatings. For a slightly higher fee, we will also undertake to repaint or restain the external element of windows and doors when the need arises. Contact us for further details.
